Many items ship the same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.

Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday. 

If shipping to a PO Box, you must select Standard.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service directly.

Due to customs, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for international orders.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations. GFTD LA reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.

Items can be exchanged for store credit within 14 business days of delivery. Must be unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging.

Sale items are final sale. No exchanges.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable on refused or returned packages.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact us and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
