GFTD LA aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible.
Many items ship the same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an email confirming your order has shipped.

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.
If shipping to a PO Box, you must select Standard.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service directly.
Due to customs, we cannot guarantee arrival dates for international orders.
